When looking at staging and dress rehearsal schedules, please look for your regular class time and the teacher for that class as there are multiple classes with the same dance name on different performance nights.
Staging and dress rehearsals will be held at The Arts & Culture Centre. Dancers should enter the building through the performers’ entrance, which is located on the Prince Phillip Drive side of the building. Please follow designated signs.
Staging Rehearsals
• Staging rehearsals will be held on Saturday, May 14th.
• Costumes and makeup are not required for staging rehearsals. However, all required props (hats, etc.) for the dance are required.
• We ask that students wear a mask to the staging rehearsal. The regulations set by the management of the Arts & Culture Centre require students to be masked at all times, except when performing on stage.

Dress Rehearsals
• Dress rehearsals for all shows will be held on Sunday, May 15th.
• Should a student be performing in more than one show, they will need to attend multiple dress rehearsals.
• Dancers should arrive at in costumes and makeup. Hair is to be worn off the face and in a bun.
• All costumes and shoes should be labeled to avoid confusion.
• We ask that students arrive at the dress rehearsal wearing a disposable mask, and that they bring a few extra disposable masks with them. The Arts & Culture Centre requires students to be masked when they are not performing on stage. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
• We ask parents/guardians of our young performers to please take coats/boots/etc. when children are dropped off at the Arts & Culture Centre. The children will be seated in the audience for dress rehearsals and we do not want items to be lost.
• No food will be permitted in the audience. Only water will be permitted.
It is imperative that all valuables and money be left at home. The Arts and Culture Centre is an open public building, therefore The Dance Centre cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Performance Nights
• Dancers should arrive in complete costume and makeup by 6:30pm.
• Children are permitted to bring along water and a toy.
• Please label all items belonging to you or your child.
• We ask that students arrive at the performance wearing a disposable mask, and that they bring a few extra disposable masks with them.
• Due to fire regulations, parents are not permitted backstage at any time during dress rehearsals and performances.
• The studio will provide supervision to care for the children. CHILDREN MUST REMAIN WITH THEIR SUPERVISORS FOR THE ENTIRE PERFORMANCE. This is to ensure the safety of all students.
• Please be mindful that we have a number of students with life threatening allergies to nuts, kiwi and fish.
